1. Where is my registration code?

Usually, the product registration code will be sent to the email address you have provided within 2 hours after the order has been processed successfully. Please check your email box to find the registration code after purchase. Generally, the activation code is after “Keycode” in the content of the email. If you cannot find the email with the registration code, please check the Spam folder to see whether it's there.

If you have bought with the wrong e-mail, you can contact us and provide the right email address. We will send you the new registration code to the correct email.

Note that sometimes it will take up to 24 hours to process the order. If you don’t get the registration code in a timely manner but you need to use the program urgently, you can contact us.

2. How to register the software after receiving the code?

Launch the program and click Menu > Register to open the Registration window. Enter the email address that you used to purchase the software and the registration code you have received (Copy and Paste method is advisable as any blank space before or among the registration code may cause the failure of registration). At last, click Activate to enjoy the full version of the program without any watermark or limitation.

3. I have bought the wrong product, what can I do?

We offer 2 solutions if you have purchased the wrong product:

1. You can keep the "Wrong Product" if there is any chance you will use it in future and we will offer some discounts for buying the right one. You can contact us to ask for a discount before you place the new order.

2. You can purchase the "Right Product" and ask for a refund for the "Wrong Product". We will deal with the refund request quickly.
