1. It shows "This activation code has been used".

If you see the message "This activation code has been used" after you enter the registration code, it means the code will not work anymore before it has already been redeemed. But don't worry, you can contact our support team to get a new valid registration code.

2. It says "Please enter a valid activation code". What should I do?

This error occurs if you have entered the registration code incorrectly. To fix the error for successful activation, it's recommended that you check to make sure you have entered the correct keycode (no blank space before or among the keycode).

If the code is the same as that from that in the email we have sent to you, but still it doesn’t work, please contact our support team. We will reply to help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

3. Can I use the Windows registration code on Mac and vice-versa?

The Windows and Mac versions of our program are sold as separate products and you can see that we have two tabs on the store page for purchasing the Windows and Mac version separately. The registration code for 1 product is compatible with the other. So you cannot use the Windows registration code on Mac or use the Mac keycode on Windows. If you have both Windows and Mac computers and need to use our software on both computers, you can contact us to buy the software with some discounts.
